ResourceCo

ResourceCo is a community minded environmental solutions group focusing on resource recovery to manufacture quality recycled materials and alternative fuels.

In 2019 ResourceCo reviewed its corporate workplace needs and investigated the potential to relocate the national headquarters to a new development site.

BELL was engaged to developed concept proposals for a site located on the fringe of Adelaide’s CDB. The 2,000sqm development was required to support ResourceCo’s high performance culture using sustainable materials and methodologies.

The facility would incorporate underground staff car parking, three levels of corporate offices and a rooftop entertainment, social and formal meeting space with views over the parklands and into Adelaide’s CDB.

BELL designed an iconic, dynamic structure with a rolling façade of glass and steel diamond panels, maximising the use of integrated materials.
