ResourceCo
ResourceCo is a community minded environmental solutions group focusing on resource recovery to manufacture quality recycled materials and alternative fuels.
On the back of previous successful partnerships with ResourceCo, BELL was contracted to design the fit-out for the company’s National Administration Centre located in Adelaide.
The new 800m2 facility includes a high-end reception area, meeting rooms, corporate boardroom, open plan office, café style kitchen, and two external terraces, overlooking Victoria Park on the eastern edge of the CBD.
With futureproofing for the company’s growth front of mind, BELL’s design incorporated a high degree of flexibility into the layout, joinery, service installation and furniture selection throughout the building.
Collaboration is enhanced by the open plan layout and functionality of breakout areas, and timber features reflect the sustainability of natural materials as part of the modern contemporary aesthetic.
