BELL was engaged to deliver the interior design and project coordination for ResourceCo’s new National Head Office in Kent Town, Adelaide. The project represents the latest chapter in a long-standing relationship between BELL and ResourceCo, building on previous collaborations including the company’s original Rose Park offices and its manufacturing, distribution and administration facility in New South Wales.
Designed to support ResourceCo’s continued growth and evolving workplace needs, the new head office provides a contemporary environment that reflects the organisation’s culture, values and future direction. The workplace balances functionality, flexibility and employee wellbeing, creating spaces that encourage collaboration, connection and day-to-day productivity.
The interior design draws on a refined material palette of neutral tones, natural timber finishes and layered textures to establish a warm and welcoming workplace atmosphere. Curved forms and carefully considered detailing soften the environment, while an emphasis on natural light and spatial clarity enhances the experience throughout the office. The result is a workplace that feels both professional and approachable, supporting staff, visitors and clients alike.
Working closely with ResourceCo and the broader project team, BELL coordinated the delivery of the new workplace from concept through to completion, ensuring the design vision was successfully realised while responding to operational requirements and project objectives.
Located within Kent Town’s growing commercial precinct, the completed head office provides a contemporary and future-focused workplace that reflects ResourceCo’s position as an industry leader and supports the next phase of the company’s growth.
