Quintessential – Level 4, 100 King William Street

Our interior design team was engaged by Quintessential to deliver the design and tender documentation of three distinct office tenancies ranging from 240sqm to 385sqm.

BELL collaborated with the successful tenderer, Elite BC, to complete construction documentation and oversee the project’s realisation during the construction stage.

Colour and texture played an important role in defining each unique space, with the careful balance of maintaining a neutral canvas for incoming tenants to future-fit design.

These projects are part of the 2500sqm of suites BELL is delivering, alongside the make-good and upgrade of a further 5,700sqm, within the iconic 100 King William building. These works contribute to Quintessential’s whole asset upgrade initiative.
