ACFS Port Logistics is the largest privately owned Container Logistics operator in Australia. They operate from 25 sites across Australia and New Zealand with over 1500 employees. The new development will service 3rd party logistics, freight of all kind, and eCommerce. Our team worked directly with Logos and CIP Constructions to achieve planning consent, complete full documentation, and support the construction phase.

BELL’s design was carefully considered to meet the operational needs of the tenant ACFS Port Logistics. The facility includes 600sqm of corporate office accommodation, 15,000sqm of warehousing and a 13,000-hardstand area to accommodate container storage and heavy vehicle manoeuvring.
