LIEBHERR

Liebherr is a global company and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of construction machinery. It employs more than 46,000 people worldwide.

In 2015  Liebherr completed the development of its new National Re-manufacturing, Distribution and Administration Center in Adelaide, South Australia, to support Liebherr’s national success in supplying and maintaining mining and construction heavy vehicles and machinery.

The $80M project was Liebherr’s first re-manufacturing facility in the Southern Hemisphere, and a project of economic significance to South Australia.

With significant stakeholders across Australia and Germany, and construction by a Tier 1 contractor Thiess, the project required a high-level of effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.

BELL provided architecture and interior design services for the development during the construction phase.

From 2015 onward the BELL team have provided architectural and interior design services direct to Liebherr on a variety of projects.
