ALDI

With more than 10.000 stores world-wide, ALDI is one of the world’s largest retail brands.  Since opening its first Australian store in 2001, ALDI now has more than 500 stores nationally, and is one of Australia’s top 10 retailers.

To support its rapid expansion into South Australia, ALDI developed 30,000sqm of cold and ambient warehousing along with 1,000sqm of office accommodation in Regency Park, South Australia.

BELL provided architecture and interior design services for the $55M development during the construction phase.

The project team improved the traditional dock layout, maximising space and turning circles, and increased internal efficiencies by redesigning racking arrangements.
