BELL are thrilled to be working for Quintessential on the transformation of 100 King William Street, located within the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, SA. Our interior design team have been engaged to deliver 2000sqm of speculative suites and assist with the make good and upgrade of another 5,700sqm within the 17,800sqm office tower.
These works are part of a whole asset upgrade Quintessential are undertaking. We are excited to release our design process and look forward to providing further updates on our involvement and the project as works progress.
