BELL are proud to announce the completion of a new Logistics Facility for ACFS Port Logistics located within the Logos Hazelmere Estate, Hazelmere Perth.
Our team worked directly with Logos and CIP Constructions to achieve Planning Consent, complete full documentation, and support the construction phase. The design was carefully considered to meet the operational needs of the tenant ACFS Port Logistics.
ACFS Port Logistics is the largest privately owned Container Logistics operator in Australia. They operate from 25 sites across Australia and New Zealand with over 1500 employees. The new development will service 3rd Party Logistics, Freight of All kind and eCommerce.
The facility includes 600sqm of corporate office accommodation, 15,000sqm of warehousing and a 13,000-hardstand area to accommodate container storage and heavy vehicle manoeuvring. Fantastic to see the ACFS now operating. Well done to all the project partners on the successful delivery the development.
