BELL are proud to have completed the concept design and Planning Application documentation for modifications at Hollywood Plaza Shopping Centre, Salisbury Downs SA.
Hollywood Plaza is a landmark South Australian Shopping Centre that has recently undergone significant refurbishment. BELL’s architecture team have been engaged by the centre’s owner, LAS Group, to deliver enhancements specifically for major retailer, Woolworths, as well as the addition of 2 new retail tenancies. Works include a reconfigured supermarket shopfront, mall modifications, new mall entry and 6 car direct-to-boot.
BELL’s team harnessed their expert understanding of retail centres, and Woolworths’ operational requirements, to deliver an outcome that will drive significant benefits for the community, the centre owner, and major retailer Woolworths.
