A fresh chapter is taking shape at Hollywood Plaza Shopping Centre in Salisbury Downs, with recently completed works designed by BELL bringing a reconfigured Woolworths, new mall entry and upgraded carpark experience to life.
Working with centre owner LAS group, BELL helped masterplan the reconfiguration of the Woolworths store and unlock access to an underutilised parking area, supporting the continued evolution of this landmark South Australian retail centre.
The completed works have enhanced customer amenity through a clearer arrival point, improved movement through the mall, a refreshed Woolworths frontage and the added convenience of a 6-car Direct to Boot facility, supporting a smoother, more accessible everyday shopping experience.
Delivered in collaboration with the centre owner and contractor while Woolworths continued to trade, the project involved realigning the supermarket shopfront, relocating existing tenants, constructing a new mall entry and delivering the Direct to Boot facility.
As retail environments continue to evolve, BELL brings extensive experience in the planning, design and delivery of shopping centres, retail precincts and mixed-use destinations. Our team understands the importance of balancing customer experience, tenant outcomes, operational efficiency and long-term asset performance to create places that are commercially successful and valued by their communities.
From centre redevelopments and supermarket upgrades through to new retail destinations and precinct masterplanning, we partner with owners and developers to unlock opportunities and deliver practical, people-focused outcomes.
A great result delivered in collaboration with LAS Group, Woolworths Group, RCP Australia, BCA Engineers, PT Design, ETA Traffic Engineers, Savills Australia & New Zealand and the wider project team.
