BELL are thrilled to celebrate the award-winning Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) Dandenong South facility, VIC.
Congratulations to Vaughan Constructions for taking home the Excellence in Construction for Industrial Buildings award at the Master Builders Association of Victoria Excellence in Construction Awards 2024.
BELL were engaged by TMHA to provide architectural, interior design and landscape design services from concept design through to achieving planning approval. We were then novated to the successful tenderer Vaughan Constructions to complete documentation and support the construction phase.
TMHA provides clients with Australia’s widest range of forklift and battery electric warehouse products. To best service the state, the Victorian Branch boasts a 17,000m2 facility, designed by BELL to offer approximately 4,000m2 of corporate office space and 13,000m2 of warehousing, including maintenance workshops, spare parts facilities, and customer service.
This is the second project delivered by BELL nationally for TMHA. Victoria’s facility built on design standards set in the previously completed South Australian Branch project. The finished product has delivered enhanced and efficient operations improving TMHAs ability to store, build, repair, sell and demonstrate the operations of their technology and products to their customer base in Victoria.
