Graduate Architect – All Studios
(Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide)

We’re looking for a standout Architect/Graduate of Architecture to join our studio and play a key role in leading and delivering complex, design-driven projects across our national portfolio.

We have offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.

This role suits someone who thrives on variety, enjoys leading teams, and wants to be part of a practice where their voice is heard and their growth is actively supported.

What You’ll Bring

• Registered Architect (preferable)
• 10+ years’ experience delivering commercial architecture in Australia (SA experience preferred)
• Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects
• Strong project leadership, documentation and contract administration skills
• High proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD also valued)
• Experience working within BIM-managed project environments
• Strong communication, team leadership and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for design excellence
• Willingness to travel interstate occasionally
