With a career spanning administration, finance, human resources, and practice management- over 10 of those within the design industry- Olivia brings a breadth of experience and well-rounded perspective to her role.
Since joining BELL in 2023, she has played a key part in strengthening internal operations and fostering a positive studio culture through her natural leadership and collaborative approach.
As People and Culture Manager, Olivia’s ability to build strong relationships, paired with her warm and caring nature, has made her a trusted presence within BELL’s inclusive and people-focused environment.
