John is a Principal Architect of BELL’s Brisbane office.

He has more than 30 years’ experience delivering education, retail, industrial, health, aged care and living, defence, commercial and workplace architecture in Queensland and interstate, and internationally.

John’s extensive experience working in Queensland’s unique climate enables him to provide clients with functional, fit-for-climate solutions with carefully designed whole-of-life considerations.

John was educated in Brisbane and commenced his career in Townsville working for a number of local and national consultancies. He joined BELL as a Senior Architect and was promoted to  Principal Architect in Brisbane in 2017.

John continues to actively work as an Architect, delivering major projects, mentoring staff, and driving the success of the Queensland office.
