Amanda is the Operations Manager at BELL, responsible for overseeing operational efficiency, resource management, legals, and reporting across the practice’s national studios. She plays a central role in supporting BELL’s growth as a national architectural, interior design, and landscape design consultancy.
Amanda brings a diverse and impressive career spanning more than 30 years across the consulting, not-for-profit, and animal healthcare sectors. She began her career at Price Waterhouse Urwick Consulting, transitioning with the company into a decade at IBM Business Consulting as a Senior Project Manager, where she was involved in leading large-scale, complex projects in the financial services sector, including the implementation of internet banking platforms and the introduction of Australia’s 3G mobile network.
Following her consulting career, Amanda transitioned into senior leadership roles within the not-for-profit sector. As General Manager of the Cora Barclay Centre, she led the organisation’s Clinical Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Fundraising, and Governance functions for nearly a decade. She subsequently served as Corporate Manager at Craniofacial Australia, reporting directly to the Board and overseeing Strategic Planning, Financial Management, and Organisational Development. Most recently, she held a Regional Manager role at VetPartners, Australia and New Zealand’s largest corporate-owned animal healthcare network, where she led a team of more than 160 professionals across nine clinics in South Australia.
Throughout her career, Amanda has developed deep expertise in operations management, team leadership, performance management, board liaison and corporate governance, financial administration, and policy development. She is known for her ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-paced environments, and for her genuine commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures.
Amanda joined BELL in 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from the University of South Australia.
