Starting the new year with well-deserved new positions in our Adelaide Studio

BELL are thrilled to announce 2 promotions in our Adelaide Studio.

Sebastian Mignot (better known as Seb) to the position of Senior Architect, and Olivia Louw to the position of People and Culture Manager.

Seb joined our team just over a year ago as an Architect and has very quickly cemented his place as an invaluable leader in the Adelaide Studio. Testament to this Seb recently received our Central and West Coast 2024 Team Leader Award, as voted by his peers. Seb is a patient, measured, highly capable, diligent project leader with a natural ability to coach and support his team. He thrives in highly technical and complex project environments and by nature loves to problem solve. In his new role Seb is focused on growing and developing our Health Sector team and capability. He brings over 7 years of dedicated Health Architecture expertise having worked on landmark projects such as the Calvary Adelaide Hospital SA and the Repat Health Precinct in Daw Park, SA.

Olivia joined our team 2 years ago and has been working in support our administration and finance team. Over this time, she has naturally begun to enhance our Practice Culture and HR operations. Olivia’s positivity and energy is infectious. It is safe to say she is liked by all. In short period of time, she has managed to build excellent working relationships with our team and customers through her warm, caring nature and a raft of Cultural and HR initiatives. Across 10+ years in the industry Olivia has worked in a variety of administrative, financial, human resource and practice management roles which has allowed her to easily transition and excel in her new role.
