BELL is excited to unveil the Concept Design for ‘Stirling Street’ – a high-rise, mixed-use workplace development that introduces two bold towers in Thebarton, South Australia.
Engaged by Proactive Property, BELL’s Architecture team has successfully supported the project from Concept Design through to Planning Consent, and we are thrilled that Building Approval has now been granted for this exciting vision.
The site spans approximately 4,500sqm and includes two 6-storey commercial towers offering 17,200sqm of flexible workplace tenancy options and integrated carparking.
Proposed as one of the tallest developments in Thebarton, the design demanded a considered approach. Our Architects responded with refined massing and materiality to ensure sensitive integration with the surrounding environment. In addition, BELL’s team successfully navigated South Australia’s State Commission Assessment Panel approvals process with the support of local planning consultants Future Urban.
‘Stirling Street’ is strategically located on the boundary of Adelaide’s newly announced suburb of Southwark, offering strong connectedness to a thriving inner-city community of opportunity and growth.
