VR Distribution is Australia’s leading wholesale distributor of board games and accessories. toys and collectables. They provide retailers with a one-stop shop in the gaming industry. Increased production necessitated acquiring additional space and rationalising operational efficiencies.

BELL’s Architecture, Interior and Landscape Design teams were engaged by  VR Distribution to deliver a sleek and modern 900m2, 2 level office, integrating seamlessly to the 6,700m2 warehouse and its 16,620m2 surrounds. Upon achieving Planning Approval the project was tendered to building contractors. BELL continued our involvement through documentation through to the completion of construction with the successful tender Ahrens Group.
