Striling Street

Stirling Street is a proposed mixed-use development offering a combination of office and retail accommodation.

Located on the fringe of Adelaide’s CBD the site has close access to CBD tram line, parklands and the Bowden residential precinct.

BELL was engaged to provide architectural and interior design services to developer Proactive Property.

The precinct design maximises leasable area, provides 20,000sqm of commercial space across four buildings, with 500 car parks integrated below and above ground.

A rooftop garden provides a place of connection for tenants.
