ScreenAway

Founded in 2013, ScreenAway is a South Australian manufacturer of premium retractable block-out blinds, proudly Australian owned and produced. Renowned for their innovation, ScreenAway’s custom-made products set a benchmark for functional, safe and stylish in-home solutions.

To realise their company vision, ScreenAway required a cutting-edge facility to enhance production capabilities and support administration, sales and marketing teams. Engaged from the initial concept design through to project completion, BELL collaborated closely with ScreenAway to create a new purpose-built national headquarters that enables ongoing growth and future expansion, within the vibrant Tonsley Innovation District.

Our architecture, interior and landscape design teams delivered a double-storey, 510m² contemporary office alongside a 710m² high-tech manufacturing warehouse on a 3,752m² site. Working alongside Partek Construction & Interiors and the broader project team, BELL provided full design coordination and detailed construction documentation to ensure a seamless process.
