A leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of steel building products, Metroll required a facility designed to support the company’s continued growth. The purpose-built manufacturing development is strategically positioned within South Australia’s largest master-planned industrial estate, Edinburgh Parks, with the site occupying a prominent corner of Essington Drive and West Avenue.

BELL was engaged by Metroll from the earliest stages of the project, working closely with their team to understand operational workflows and deliver a concept design and planning package tailored to their long-term needs. Following the initial design phase, BELL was appointed by builder Corplex to provide detailed design documentation and construction phase support.

Our Architecture and Interior Design teams collaborated to shape the 10,500m2 warehouse and 730m2 office, focusing on site arrangement, built form, and a tailored fitout – a continued example of how BELL partners with manufacturers to unlock new opportunities for expansion and operational efficiency.
