YH Tower

Yacht Harbour Towers is a 15-storey luxury residential building located on Hamilton Island.

During 2017, the building sustained extensive damage from Cyclone Debbie, and BELL was subsequently engaged by Advanced Buildings to produce documentation reflecting the previous layout of the building.

With documentation complete, BELL was novated to the body corporate’s insurers to work with the building’s ten owners and the Body Corporate, providing architectural and interior design services to reinstate and where agreed, upgrade, the lobby, single-floor apartments and two-storey penthouse.
