Halpin Financial Services is one of the longest established financial planning practices in South Australia and operates in SA and throughout the Northern Territory.

In 2019 BELL was engaged to provide interior design and management services for a new fitout when Halpin relocated from a shared tenancy to a stand-alone office on Pirie Street, Adelaide.

Halpin’s brief outlined a need for a dynamic and flexible space that could be opened for large presentations and functions and celebrating the eastern views to the Adelaide Hills was a key aspect of the design.

The result was a sophisticated aesthetic with warm and soft walnut timber panelling featured throughout; its warmth and softness contrasting with the crisp polished concrete floors and matt black joinery.

The careful balance between curves, clean lines, and understated brass features create an art deco inspired elegance, while features like the expansive boardroom sliding doors keep the design contemporary.

Short lead times required careful project management to ensure the fitout was delivered on time.
