Bridgestone

Bridgestone Australia is a subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, the largest tyre manufacturer in the world.  As a major supplier to the Australasian automotive industry, Bridgestone provides an extensive range of quality tyres through its retail network of 300+ stores across Australia and New Zealand.

BELL has worked in partnership with Bridgestone over several years delivering B-Select Retail Stores across Australia.  In addition to providing design and documentation services, BELL has authored Bridgestone B-Select Store Development and Style Guides for stores in both Australia and New Zealand and has worked with Bridgestone to refresh and re-define the customer experience.

The re-design process has involved the use of brand and signage experts and detailed input from Bridgestone. Extensive investigation of how customers use and wish to use stores has underpinned the new design including the use of technology, physical and visual access to amenity, digital and print marketing, and point of sale areas.

A national rollout commenced in mid-2019 with a view to move older stores and all new stores to the new design standards.
