Our Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

As COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to spread across Australia and internationally, BELL Architecture wish to reassure clients we are committed to service continuity and taking all reasonable measures to protect the community, our clients, work colleagues, staff and their families.
As a priority, we are concerned for the welfare of the community and those close to us. To play our role in reducing the spread of COVID-19 we have implemented various measures within our business which include;

A domestic and international travel ban, effective immediately and until further notice

Limiting face to face meetings including a withdrawal from professional development or work-related social gatherings.

Adhering to social distancing measures outlined by the Australian Government.

Increasing hygiene awareness, practice and the frequency of cleaning within our offices.
In addition, we have immediately moved to equip our team with the ability to work remotely. By Friday 20th March all staff will be work from home ready. Our technology will allow staff to conduct meetings and deliver all architectural, interior and landscape design services remotely if required.
We want to assure all clients and work colleagues that project obligations and milestones will continue to be met.
Procedural and governance practices that will improve our ability to service clients and protect the health of individuals in the current environment are our focus. We will continue to review these and invest in our ability to maintain and deliver high standards of customer service across Australia.
