BELL is pleased to have completed Master Planning for Accord’s new Port River Logistics Park in Port Adelaide SA. The site is strategically located at the corner of Port River Expressway and Perkins Drive with great access to transport infrastructure including roads, rail sea and local airports.
Engaged directly by Accord, BELL’s Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape Design teams collaborated to shape a flexible site concept comprising several individual warehouse facilities – each incorporating integrated office spaces to support a range of operational and administrative functions. New buildings to be accommodated will range from 1,500 to 57,000 sqm.
Our scope included the delivery of site master planning and a marketing package with rendered visuals to assist Accord in bringing the project to market.
