BELL was engaged by Dellta Projects and worked with Milestone Project Management to develop the concept design for a new Galipo Foods warehouse and office facility within the prominent Kings Road industrial precinct owned by Merlino Development Group at Salisbury South.
The proposed development combines a 16,960m² distribution and warehouse facility with administration and operations offices spanning a further 1,500 m², loading infrastructure, refrigeration plant and specialist cold-storage facilities designed to support the ongoing growth of the South Australian business.
Positioned on a highly visible corner site within the broader redevelopment of the former logistics landholding at Kings Road and Main North Road, the concept was driven by two key objectives: delivering an efficient operations-focused industrial facility while creating a distinctive corporate identity and arrival experience.
The architectural response pairs large-scale warehouse functionality with a bold, contemporary office building featuring welcoming reception spaces, collaborative workplaces and a strong street presence. A distinctive sculptural form and sweeping curved frontage establish a memorable identity for the facility, elevating the visitor experience while reflecting the Galipo brand.
Having helped shape the project’s early vision, we’re excited to see the development progress into its next phase, with the build contract now novated to CIP Constructions for delivery.
