BELL are thrilled to announce the promotion of Rob O’Dea to the position of Principal in our Brisbane studio. Rob has steadily progressed through the ranks from Project Leader, to Associate, to Principal during his 7 years with BELL. This progression is acknowledgement of his ability to lead and manage projects, teams and our clients with care and a high-level professionalism. Rob has significant expertise across multiple building topologies developed over a 20+ year career spanning both the UK and Australia. Rob, like the BELL team, loves challenging complex projects which require a deeper level of design thinking and collaboration to deliver. He has achieved great outcomes for our local and national teams over the past 12 months and we look forward to seeing continued success and growth in Brisbane with Rob guiding the team.
