BELL have completed concept design and Planning Approval documentation for the new Drakes Supermarket in Mt Gambier.
We are proud to continue our collaboration with returning client Leyton Property, helping bring this vision to life following their joint purchase and development venture with Drakes Supermarkets. This expansion marks Drakes’ 69th retail store.
To support tenant requirements, BELL provided architectural services to redefine the existing building and breathe new life into the town centre. A refreshed store entry, and redeveloped car parking areas provide a modern and convenient retail offering for the community.
The entire project team look forward to successful completion in late 2025.
