Located on Prince Charles Street within the emerging Elizabeth CBD, the Playford Hub will anchor the region’s next phase of growth as a sustainable, people-focused benchmark for workplace design in northern Adelaide.
Working alongside valued client Pelligra, BELL’s Architecture and Interior teams have been engaged as lead consultants. With documentation recently complete construction has commenced on the PCA A-Grade office building. The 1,034m² site will deliver a high-performing, contemporary workplace environment that supports the City of Playford’s growing innovation and commercial precinct. With state-of-the-art office amenities, end-of-trip facilities, bicycle parking and shared retail opportunity, Bell Architecture’s expertise to ensure alignment with 5-Star Green Star design principles, NCC compliance and broader sustainability benchmarks is helping deliver a vibrant, future-ready hub for South Australian businesses to collaborate.
