This 469m² speculative office suite offers a bold and sophisticated counterpoint to the soft, calming aesthetic of BELL’s neighbouring Suite 1 delivery. Deep navy tones, warm timbers and rich leather accents are paired with contrasting textures to create a masculine, confident environment. We intentionally designed these two distinct Level 11 suites to appeal to a broader leasing market by offering contrasting yet equally refined workplace experiences.
BELL worked alongside Quintessential and the broader project team to deliver a work space that is move-in ready while maintaining the flexibility for future tenants to make it their own.
In addition to the completion of Level 11, our Level 6 speculative suite is now finished, with rejuvenation works on Levels 1, 7, and 9 due for completion this month.
