We’re proud to celebrate James Smith, who joined BELL as a student of architecture in late 2023 as part of his university internship. James quickly demonstrated talent and dedication — earning a casual position with the practice throughout 2024. In early 2025, James was offered full-time employment and has gone on to complete his Master of Architecture — a major career milestone.
