BELL is thrilled to unveil the completion of our latest high-end speculative suite within iconic 100 King William for valued client Quintessential.
Suite 1, Level 11 showcases a 475m² space carefully curated with a refined neutral canvas – an intentional design response by our team to allow incoming tenants the flexibility to shape their environment, while still experiencing a polished and aspirational workplace from day one.
Prior to construction, Quintessential successfully leased the space – prompting a collaborative design journey with Chappell Builders, as BELL adapted architectural elements to suit the tenant’s specific operational needs. Our team worked closely with Quintessential and the broader project partners to pivot with precision, ensuring every expectation was met without losing sight of the project’s original design intent.
We look forward to unveiling Tenancy 2 of Level 11 in the coming weeks, along with updates on our Level 6 speculative suite and other rejuvenation works underway and nearing completion throughout the building.
